A Day of Reflection at Edith Rankin Memorial United Church
Saturday, November 15, 2008
Hosted by the Sacred Space Team

The day will follow the four movements of liturgy as described by Matthew Fox. Led by Rob Dalgleish, we will celebrate God's presence in the life of Edith Rankin Memorial United Church, we will lament for what is broken, disconnected, wounded, in our lives and the life of the church, and we will seek to understand where the Spirit is bringing new life in us and our community.

Rob Dalgleish is Program Coordinator for Congregations and Community Development for the Congregational, Educational and Community Ministries unit of The United Church of Canada General Council Offices. While Rob's checkered educational background includes a BSc, an MBA, and MDiv in preparation for ordained ministry, his passion is for congregational ministry in all its rich diversity. He was first settled in a three point pastoral charge in southwestern Ontario and last served for 11 years in a distinctly multi-cultural new church development in Mississauga. Rob and his wife Kelly feel they have been raised gently as parents by their three children, Robyn, Laurel, and Graham.
